I'm sure no one has ever heard of these books, but they are one of my favorite series and I thought I might share them with you guys. :) And they most likely won't interest most of you, but that's ok. I like them anyways. :D

They're about a 14 year old boy living in England with his Uncle Ian when suddenlys his uncle dies in a car accident. Supposedly becuase he wasn't wearing a seat belt. Suspicious, Alex investigates and finds that his uncle was shot to death. UNder the impression that his uncle was a banker, he is taken to the place where his uncle works and finds that they're not a bank but actually the British Intelligence Agency MI6. They "employ" him(more like blackmail), and he becomes a spy. Actually very good at what he does. Somewhere in the middle of the story he realizes that his uncle ahd been preparing him for this job along jsut in case anyhting where ever to happen to him, Alex would be prepared to take his pl;ace. Thus, he was taught karate, scuba diving, and all sorts of physical activities as well as the languages German, French, and Spanish. The books are actually really fun to read, though very simple. Logan could probably go through in about an hour, plus or minus. There are six. Stormbreaker, Point Blank, Skeletion Key, Eagle Strike, Scorpia, and Ark Angel. The last two I have yet to read : Unfortunately.

BUt the most exciting thing is that the first book is being made into a movie. It's called Stormbreaker. :)

One thing I might add though. A couple of the characters are different in the movie then in the book(they can never just actually go by the book, can they?) One of the young girls in the movie, he doesn't actually meet until the third book. ANd the v illian's name (Darrius Sayle) is actually Herrod Sayle in the book. I hate it when they change things around and confuse things. They do that with a couple things in this movie : Unfrotunately. :(

Well, I'm really not fully back on the computer yet :( BUT SOON!!!! :D I'm glad you're happy to see a post from me. I miss you guys lots!!!! I miss you soo much Lynn : I WILL be able to get back on fuly soon though :) Soo, you'll be hearing from me more soon :D

By the way, I don't really know if anyone here will even like the books, but I thought I'd share because they're one of my fav series, and because the first one is coming out as a movie this summer. :) And i thought some here might see the movie :D Though I've seen the preview for the movie and some of it is a little dissapointing becuase they changed a few things aorund. But you can never expect them to go exactly by the book can you? Too bad. I wish they would :(

I don't know if you'll like the books, though I truly do love them :) And I'm jsut escited tha the movie on the first book is coming out this summer! :) When I saw that my mom thought I'd gone crazy. I was bouncing around the house and screaming "It's coming out!! It's coming out!!"

I know this is a little old, but I just thought I'd mention, if you're still a little interested in this series Les, that the movie is out. And for once, it's not messed up. There's like one little glitch and it actually make's the story a little better.

Oh and one warning, I just read the fifth book, and I have to mention that there is a little bit of mild language. But it's a couple times. But still, it's irritating.
