Learning html is going to fun but challenging. My uncle sent me a link to a website that teaches you how to use html and it is actually pretty easy to learn although you do have to invest quite a bit of time to actually understand it. Just wanted to let everybody know and see if anybody who had done html has any suggestions etc.

Yeah, I've done some web design and stuff. I don't know how much time you're wanting to invest into it, but you might try learning CSS to go along with the HTML. A lot of people use html to change the layout of the site, but you're technically not supposed to do that. If you don't want to learn CSS though, that's probably what you'll have to do. Once you know CSS and HTML I think it's easier to make website layouts and stuff than just by using HTML, but it might start out being harder when you're just learning.

Where would the best place be to find CSS? I really don't know what it stand for but I know that it has to be a computer language that works well with html. Actually, I want to learn the best way to make websites legally, not illegally, so I am willing to learn CSS. All the more fun for me since it is enjoyable learning these languages.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It wouldn't be illegal or anything not to use it, but it is more efficient and fits better with standards and stuff. I kind of gradually picked up my knowledge of HTML and CSS from a bunch of different websites, which probably isn't the best way to do it. I've seen htmldog.com recommended before, so you might want to check that out.

Looks like you two have this under control --- good thing too --- I know nothing !

Oogy is our tech guy. He is very knowledgeable -- Beau and Logan used to have a good topic going.

TECHKNOWLEDGY ---- Oh my but I did ask a lot of questions. Beau taught me enough to get by for quotes
on site and stuff. Even that was a challenge -- good thing he had lot's of time in those days. Thanks Beau.

Hehe, learning html shouldn't be to hard. Just practice and sweat which applies to all work :) Although it does help to be mathematically inclined. You could learn it too but just will take longer :)

Once I get better at html, if you have any questions, just ask :)
