Hey! Finally a game for the virtual console that I'm pretty excited about: Paper Mario!

I have only played the second (Thousand Year Door) and really enjoyed it. I've wanted to play the first but never bought it. Looks like I'll be shelling out the $10 soon and may start playing this old one :)

I absolutely loved the game --- I look forward to hearing your opinion and the price is sure better than the $50.00 I paid for the game ! that is an amazing bargain.

I just finished Chapter 5 of SPM -- What fun and I am no longer lost in the Land of the Cragnons -- the chapter ended well and it was fun -- it has mine carts -- I love mine carts -- I must go and place my True Heart -- that can take awhile -- and then it is on to see what adventure Chapter 6 has for me !

I finished the prologue to Paper Mario last night. I really enjoy it but I think Thousand Year Door was a bit more funny and more polished. I was so glad when I finally got the lucky star and could press the "A" button when fighting! So far everything has been pretty easy.

I think each game is a little better than the other -- of course when I played PM it was just out so I had nothing to compare it to.

I think that for the most part they are all fairly easy -- if you like to explore and figure out puzzles.

I have placed the seventh Pure Heart and I am now in pursuit of number 8 -- sadly the last one. I can tell you
this --- you must go through the Underwhere to get to the Overthere and it is quite an interesting trip !
I am sorry to be so near the end of the game. At least I think I am because there is 8 Pure Hearts and I have 7 of them, because of the storyline I think there will be a segment with the bad guy -- at least I hope so. I will
enjoy looking back through this game -- I am sure I have missed things.

This last segment was truly amusing.

Well I am now on the fourth chapter of the 1000 year door, I just finished my stint in the gladiator pit and now I am on the hunt for star 4. The third chapter really was strange but very enjoyable. Very little exploration involved but I really enjoyed working through it. And who would have guessed the identity of X. :) Three and a half weeks left now until SPM finally gets released here in Europe.

I agree, that part was not the most interesting but is is OK. Unfortunately the beginning of Chapter 6 in SPM
has a rather pointless section and not on par with the rest of the game.

Three and a half weeks until SPM -- I would have trouble finishing 1000 YD in that length of time -- you sure do get your money's worth with that game.

I have saved at the first save point in the Overthere and I just really really like the area so far but sadly I can
not play today, at least not until later. Wy has to go for her yearly Vet check and shots this morning.

I am really anxious to hear what you think of SPM Jonah, my only concern is that it seems to be going too quickly -- I have played it off an on for quite awhile but I do not have all that many hours on the game clock counter thing, Well we will see, I am not done yet :) I hope to get back to it tomorrow. ( maybe even later today if I do not spend too much time on the computer ! ) I tend to have extra time on the counter since I will leave the game on and do other things through out the day and come back to it.

I must get busy, it is 5 a.m. and I have much to do before going to town --- so -- good morning all and it is really nice to see you posting on Lilbro Jonah !

Well due to w-o-n being offline I shall post here. Sadly I need to transfer the site again because the webhost didn't like the system which our forum uses. I am just waiting to be allowed to gain access to the new webserver.

Regarding 1000 year door, I do think the story within the first one is a tad better. I am loving the game though, in terms of playability it is much better than the first. :)

Oh, ok. so that is why I am unable to access w-o-n. I hope that you can gain access soon Jonah and I will make sure to come here now.
