I come here every little bit to see if anyone has stopped by as I refuse to abandon Lilbro

Merry (belated) Christmas.

I've been meaning to re-check this site for a while. Things have been really busy on our end. Ben finished another semester of his Masters in early December. I'm still working retail to Christmas is always busy in our house. I also started some new volunteer work.

I've been volunteering for the Australian Red Cross for about 6 months now in their Emergency Services - doing community outreach in areas that were completely devastated in the floods this time last year. I've moved away to Emergency services recently.

I'm now volunteering in Employment services as a Researcher and Tender Development officer. Best news is they're actually going to start paying me soon. I'll be employed on a temporary (the tenders go in in June) full-time basis.

I also bought a Kindle the other day. I haven't played with it much yet, though.

It has been longer than usual since I stopped by. Seems we are up to happy New Year now, also
belated.

Seems you and Ben have been doing very well.

What exactly does your Job for the Red Cross involve, getting paid is good but it is surely a
worthwhile place to volunteer your time.

Kindle, now I can talk about that for awhile. I enjoy my Kindles very much. I got the Kindle Keyboard
a while back and for Christmas I got the Kindle Fire. I absolutely love it, as well as loving the
backlit screen for reading I enjoy games on it and of course it is a rather handy tablet as well.
Which Kindle did you get.

I even added the Kindle app to my iPod Touch 4th generation. It is nice to have a book on that
too.

Did you get a 3DS ? I have one but it is not my favorite DS. I like the DSi XL the best. I am currently
playing Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS.

It is nice to come here and find that someone has posted. It is also good to catch up ! I am happy
you are stopping by Kara.

We have a ladies group at WoN now and that is where I am most of the time. I may have a new email
address since the last time we wrote. My Gmail address is still the same.
