Okay, I have to admit that I really want to get the new Mario and Luigi game (that Les has) and while I admit I am looking forward to the new Metroid game and seeing how that is, the thing I'm most looking forward to is Tetris DS!!!!!!!
That looks so awesome, and it looks like they finally got a good Tetris again, I'm going to get it the day it comes out man. The little story line thing looks very fun too, where in ordinary Tetris on the top screen you see Mario going through Super Mario Bros, then apparently if you get high enough he beats that and goes onto Mario 2, then 3, and finally Super Mario World. I can hardly wait to try that out!
It's got a hold (very helpful) and you can see quite a few blocks coming and the backgrounds look great and there are lots of little challenge games and you can compete online? *sigh* I'm excited.
I also would like to see how the new Super Mario Bros is, it looks kind of fun too. Hopefully it's more like Mario and not like Mario Vs. Donkey Kong.

While not as enthusiastic as the very skilled among us -- I will most likely get the new Tetris DS -- the hold feature M A Y help me -- I was pitiful at Tetris :( I liked the one with hearts and diamonds and stuff --- I don't think anyone but me even remembers that one -- you flipped them over -- I still play it some. The DS game looks bright and shiny and it does seem a shame not to have it in my collection. HR loved Tetris -- maybe he will try it.
My scores should add a touch of humor in your busy schedule Logan.
After reading the article in NP I am optimistic about Mario Bros. Even though it is a side scroller it is supposed to be all new !
I REALLY do like Partners in Time, I spend so little time on games at the moment I have not gotten very far in it.
One really good thing about games -- they keep nicely !
Metroid game --- NO WAY --- not a chance.

I didn't think you would get Metroid, and I'm not sure I will because I keep hearing it's more of a battle game, whereas one reason I liked the other Metroid games was because of all the puzzles and exploration.
But Tetris? Yeehah! We could play online Les! When this semester is over... :(

You will think I am a fantastic kart racing compared to Tetris -- I am terrible at it -- but you know me, I try anyway. I can of course learn from you ! How in the world do you compete in Tetris -- I have been wondering about that -- I guess I had better read the article about it -- I sort of skipped it -- I think I saw one in the last NP. I will get the game however !
Will you have classes this summer -- or be at home ?

I'm contemplating an internship/classes up here this summer, but I'm not sure yet. I'll probably talk with my parents over Spring Break. The competition is very fun in the N64 version, in this one it appeared to be a "push" mode, where you are on opposite sides, pushing the other player. It looked interesting.
The hold feature is on the N64 version as well and I absolutely love it, as well as being able to see the pieces that are coming. I hope you can make gold and silver blocks too, that was a great addition to the 64 version. Can you tell I like the 64 version a lot? I think I would consider that one of my favourite versions of tetris, right up there with the GBA version and the original coming in next. I don't know about that "hearts and diamonds" version though ;)

I never played the N 64 version, only the original for the NES. I will show you the other version next time I see you --- I doubt if you will like it much. I became almost compulsive playing it. I have not seen the hold option -- I am kind of looking forward to the game for the DS --- it has been quite awhile for me.
I told HR about it and he did seem interested.

If you do stay at school --- perhaps you will have a little bit of time for wifi !
OK I know that is very shallow thinking --- but then --- you have worked very hard !

That's true, that's true. I would like to spend a little more time on Wifi, but I've got way too much to do right now.
