We Lilbro'ers have a way of drifting in topics. The topic starts out as one thing and the discussion works its way around to many, many other things. This topic is for (as the title says) everything. So if you feel talkative, come here. Hopefully, this way we can keep the other topics fairly close to what they're supposed to be, and make this one disorganized as we want.

For my disorganized bit, I will tell you that the title is in Italian, a language I am learning, but I still only "Io parlo un poco." (speak a little)

For other interests of mine, I enjoy Metroid Prime 2, (altough I use the Dark Visor way too much,) chess, Risk, Monopoly, and, of course, mountain biking. And the comma key.

Just like old days. :D

I have my doubts about this working, but we cna always give it a shot. But the reason we call get sidetracked on those conversations is because talking baout one thing leads to anothr thing and another etc. It's jsut how the human mind works :D But it's still nice to have atopic where you cna chat aout whatevers on you mind. :)

-Good idea Panther --- I think it should work !--

I certainly hope it does work :D

Since this is a random topic and I'm here anyways, I think I'll take the chnace to say somehitng. I'm very very sorry baout quitting in the middle of the race Lynn. I was trying to chat with L:ogan and race at the same time and it was a little difficult. So I decided to give up and jsut chat : Let's jsut say I forfeited. And I promise I won't do it anymore if I have the choice. :)

No problem --- It is best to finish the race -- sort of a racing rule I guess --- now you know so we won't even mention it again ! Here is to much more fun racing in the future.

Logan I am sorry you got disconnected --- I didn't know what to think when you were just gone ! I knew something was wrong when I was number
1 --- THAT NEVER HAPPENS ! Do you have a different spot now or something. The connector should fix it no matter. We will try again.
Thanks for visiting Wy Town --- that was quite an experience !

Goodnight all

Well, it's just that the wi-fi emitter is so far away, I'm hoping with this USB thing it will act as something of a "booster" and I'll be able to play from anywhere.

No, I'm in the same spot, I just have to sit at this one window at the table and even then the connection isn't the best, you may recall I got disconnected when we raced before. And then other times I would sit outside and play (closer to the emitter) but now the weather is a little too cold, I couldn't move my fingers ;)

Yeah, I was sorry I was disconnected too! I think I would have won, I was a ways out in front. Quite a bit of a ways too! If you tap your screen before the race starts or during (or hit x I think) then the view for you map will change to the entire course. I prefer that view so I can see where everyone is in relation to the entire track, because honestly, most of the time I am a quarter to a half lap ahead :(

Yes Panther, Metroid Prime 2 was good, I still need to go back in Hard and get 100% though. There were parts of that game that were hard for me to figure out, the bosses especially I felt like I was winging it the whole way through. Like the final boss and the bonus boss, if you can call it that.....

What does the dark visor do again? I forgot.

Yes -- I use the full map view, and no doubt --- as I said before --- you would have won. You always win. I just didn't know where you went --- it did not say that you had disconnected -- ( like it does when someone willing quits ) you were just gone --- all of a sudden it said I was number 1 --- I knew that would never happen so I looked at the little map and --- sure enough only 2 racers.

Even though my dial up connection clearly limits what can be done here.
( only one person can race at a time --- but for the most part that is not a problem ) For just one racer everything works very well. I would think it would make it perfect for you once you get the USB connector. I surely hope that is the result.

Dark visor=Heat signatures. Very cheating if you ask me, (But I still use it) because then invisibility is useless. I haven't played any of the single player, just multi with Jonathan. This is actually a game that I can kinda-sorta stay even with him in. We have a bit of a formula going right now, If I get the Super Missile, Jon makes himself scarce, and if he gets Invinceability, then I leave. Hooray for the Boost Ball!!!!!! And the Dark Beam. But we've kind of sworn off the Dark Beam because if one of us uses the charge shot to get a kill, then the other fellow uses the charge shot, etc, and eventually we get bored with freezing each other, and go get the Annihilator, and finish the job.

Ah I see, in multiplayer. Yeah, I didn't use it too much in multiplayer. I'd love to be there and duke it out with you guys. We had some multiplayer matches before we left and if I may say so.... I was quite the formidable foe! Practically unbeatable. Of course everyone may have gotten better since then but anyway.......
I played against Luke for sure and was able to keep him pretty down, which is generally quite a task. Metroid is my game man.
